Interface nsIDOMProcessParentType

Parent actor interface for a process which can host DOM content.

Implemented by either InProcessParent for the parent process, or ContentParent for a content process.

Internal child process ID. 0 is reserved for the parent process.

OS ID of the process.

Remote type of the process.

  • Increases the reference count for this interface. The associated instance will not be deleted unless the reference count is returned to zero.

QueryInterface

  • Parameters

    NS_OK if the interface is supported by the associated instance, NS_NOINTERFACE if it is not.

    aInstancePtr must not be null.

Release

  • Decreases the reference count for this interface. Generally, if the reference count returns to zero, the associated instance is deleted.
